Creamy, foamy, fresh, and cold.  Is there anything better than these qualities in milk?  I think they should be requirements.  Now add the words no hormones, antibiotic-free, and plenty of fresh green grass.  Just when you thought it could not get any better, it does.  It is one of the rewards of having a home dairy.
