I see gluten-free oats in almost every gluten-free aisle. They are now selling oatmeal cookies, etc that are gluten-free. Although, I always think homemade tastes better.

I'm really interested in the gluten free oats...I will have to be on the lookout...I loved oats! Especially in cookies, I have only substituted oats for crushed up almonds...pretty good, just not the exact same :)
